Description:
 
The objective of this RFP is to identify a supplier to provide the requisite tents and infrastructure to accommodate the events listed below (in sections A.1.1. to A.1.5) and other events on an “as needed basis”. The successful Proponent will be registered with the Toronto Building Permit Certified Tent Program for streamlined permitting process. The successful Proponent will deliver the following goods and services including but not limited to:
 
• Marquee - Clear Span Tent Structure
• Ancillary Tenting
• House Lighting System
• Flooring & Carpeting
• HVAC System
• Electrical Distribution, including technical operation
• Event Site Preparation and Landscaping
• Accessories
 
The Proponent should own the clear span tent structure and pole tent structure. Proponents should be able to provide ready access to extended product and services to address unanticipated onsite requirements and circumstances and/or other events needs.
