DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for removal of existing microwave absorbers and the supply and installation of new Microwave Absorbing Material for a Far-Field Anechoic Antenna Chamber. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, November 12, 2018 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation:
If the University elects to invite Proponents to provide interviews, demonstrations, site visits or presentations, the University intends to evaluate such interviews, demonstrations, site visits or presentations in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria.
APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
One year contract, with delivery date no later than January 31st, 2019.
