DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Summer and Winter Grounds Maintenance Services The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for five (5) years with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated Commencement date: May 1, 2020.
Estimated Substantial Completion date: April 31, 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 72 out of 120 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
