University of Toronto Communications on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) seeks a qualified Proponent to provide products and services (the “Solution”) that will help the University meet its social media monitoring needs. The Solution should be accessible via a web portal and hosted by the Proponent. The database/Solution should be not be subcontracted from another company or service but provided by the Proponent
The intent is to better monitor conversations and coverage in relation to the University’s brand at both the domestic and international levels.

6iDuration of Agreement:
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each

6jNegotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more Proponents with whom it wishes to enter negotiations, by written notification.
