DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Real Estate Brokerage Services – Annual Refresh
This RFSQ is to create a list of Qualified Suppliers of real estate investment sales brokers, to assist the University in its search for Real Estate Partners. These brokers will have the ability to market the University’s assets, to uphold the University of Toronto’s reputation as a leading international post- secondary institution and to assist in identifying strong partners aligned with the University’s vision. The services will also include strategic advice and work towards maximizing the value of the University’s real estate to accomplish its 4C objectives.
This RFSQ is to add to the QSL from RFSQ UOT202116426 and refresh UOT202316917
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

Term is 2 years
PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to add supplier[s] to a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 2 years.
