DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Proton-Transfer-Reaction Time-Of-Flight Mass Spectrometer (PTR-TOF-MS)
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
