6bDescription:
The new Principal Hall currently under construction at 1 Spadina Crescent will be featuring three flexible lecture spaces that can be split and combined in various combinations. To support this flexibility, five (5) projectors are designed to be fit in into the space. Projectors will be integrated into the AV automation management system.
The University of Toronto requires one (1) or more respondent(s) to provide the following for the Principal Hall flexible lecture spaces:

One (1)Christie Boxer 2K20 projector with 1.63-2.17:1 (4K) lens ;
Three (3) Christie HD14K-M projector with ILS 2.0-2.8SX+/1.8-2.6HD lens; and
One (1) Christie HD14K-M projector with ILS 1.25-1.6:1 SX+/1.16-1.49:1 HD lens;

The University’s preference is to have a single respondent provide all the deliverables; however, it may be necessary to have multiple awards to respondents to meet our strict budgetary constraints. Therefore, if a respondent does not cover all the requirements in this RFQ, they may submit Quotations for only the item(s) they are bidding on. The University reserves the right to award on a per line basis.
The projectors will be delivered to the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design at the University for installation into the space by a General Contractor for this construction project. The desired delivery date is in November 1st, 2017, but prompt delivery of partial component orders would be strongly encouraged.
