6bDescription:
The new Principal Hall currently under construction at 1 Spadina Crescent will be featuring three flexible lecture spaces that can be split and combined in various combinations. To support this flexibility, five (5) projection screens are designed to be fit in into the space. The projection screens are designed to support dual functions of being lecture projection screens as well being used in the exhibition-type of events.
The University of Toronto requires one (1) or more respondent(s) to provide the following for the Principal Hall flexible lecture spaces:

One (1) East Projection Screen;
Two (2) Centre and West Projection Screens;
Two (2) South Projection Screens;

Each of the screens noted above must come with a low voltage controller and associated shop drawing.

The University’s preference is to have a single respondent provide all the deliverables; however, it may be necessary to have multiple awards to respondents to meet our strict budgetary constraints. Therefore, if a respondent does not cover all the requirements in this RFQ, they may submit Quotations for only the item(s) they are bidding on. The University reserves the right to award on a line-by-line basis.
The projectors screens will be delivered to the Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design at the University for installation into the space by a General Contractor for this construction project. The desired delivery date is in November 1st, 2017, and prompt delivery of partial component orders would be strongly encouraged

Each quotation must include a Submission Form (Appendix B) completed and signed by the respondent.

Quotation Form
Each quotation must include a Quotation Form (Appendix C) completed according to the instructions contained in the form.

6hDelivery Date:
The successful Respondent should provide the following at a minimum for the delivery requirements:

Delivery by November 01st, 2017 is strongly desirable but negotiable. Early delivery of a partial order of the screens would also be preferred;
Delivery of components listed in Section A.2 a) will take place at the following location:

Assembly or installation of the components are not required;

6iDuration of Agreement:
1 Year warranty
