DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFSQ for Printing Services
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/28213 on or before Monday, February 24, 2020, 2020 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) year term

PREQUALIFICATION
The University intends to select up to three (3) qualified suppliers per category for the purposes of establishing a qualified supplier list (“QSL”). The period of validity of the QSL is 3 years.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
