DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Plumbing Services for Student Family Housing Residences
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the Residence.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and gain better understanding of the requirements. A maximum of three (3) representatives are allowed to attend the site visit.

Proponents should RVSP the University contract on April 9, 2019
