DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Plumbing Services for Student Family Housing Residences
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Term of five (5) years with one year extension option.

The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting (Site Visit). Details are as follows:

Date: April 10, 2019 (Wednesday)

Time: 10:00 am to 11:00 am

Location: University of Toronto, 35 Charles St. West, Toronto, Ontario, M4Y 1R6

Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the Residence.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and gain better understanding of the requirements. A maximum of three (3) representatives are allowed to attend the site visit.

Proponents should RVSP the University contract on April 9, 2019
