DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Plagiarism Detection - Software as a Service
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Three (3) year term with option to extend for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each.
