DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Live Cell Imaging Multimode Reader
The Department of Immunology aims to acquire a multimode plate reader equipped with live cell imaging capabilities.
The instrument should have the functionalities of a multimode reader, enabling live cell imaging as well as live cell culture with automated media changes, washes, and reagent injections.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Friday, December 29, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of Agreement is intended to be for a period of five (5) years including the first year of warranty period and following optional four (4) years of extended warranty.
