Note that in order to receive all procurement documents, prospective suppliers will be obliged to execute a confidentiality agreement in accordance the terms of the procurement documents.

DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Library Services Platform. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
