DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Learner Information Cum Management System
Temerty Faculty of Medicine on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto seeks a Proponent to provide a robust & reliable learner information cum management system. The system will be used to support medical education in both the MD Program (undergraduate) and PGME (postgraduate).
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Monday, November 13, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each, for a total possible term of five (5) years.
