There will be a mandatory site visit for this RFP on Tuesday July 18, 2017, 10:00 am for approximately one and a half (1.5) hours. The site visit will be at the Wetmore Hall and Wilson Hall.

Proponents are to meet the University representative in the lobby of New College, Wetmore Hall, 21 Classic Ave. Toronto, Ontario M5S 3J6.

A maximum of two (2) representatives will be permitted for each proponent submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP.

Proponents are asked to confirm their attendance via email to the University Contact by July 17, 2017.

If a Proponent does not attend the Mandatory Site Visit, their Proposal submission to this RFP will not be considered further for evaluation.

The RFP timetable is tentative only, and may be changed by the University at any time.
