DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFQ for IBM Cognos Software Subscription and Support Renewal
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/21470 on or before Monday, March 25, 2019 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the agreement would be for a period of one (1) year - 1-May-2019 to 30-Apr-2020 (i.e. for a period of 12 months) with an option to extend for two additional terms of one (1) year each.
