DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Huron Sussex Housing Roof Rehabilitation Program. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Six (6) months contract (the “Term”).
Estimated Commencement date: May 1st, 2019  
Estimated Substantial Completion: August 1st , 2019
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 32 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
