DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Foods Services for Sandford Fleming Building and Koffler House
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting (Site Visit). Details are as follows:

Date: April 26, 2019 (Friday)

Time: 10:30 am to 11:30 am

Location: University of Toronto (Foods Services), 229 College St. 2nd floor, Toronto, Ontario, M5T 1R4

Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the 2nd floor.

Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and gain better understanding of the requirements. A maximum of three (3) representatives per Proponent are allowed to attend the site visit.

Proponents should RVSP the University contract on April 25, 2019.
