DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Experiential Learning Management System
The Office of Experiential Education at the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy is seeking an experiential learning management system that serves as the online portal to support every aspect of the experiential learning process for students and preceptors. The platform will be used by several internal administrations (faculty and staff) requiring various levels of access, and external users (students, experiential site representatives).
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Wednesday, October 11, 2023 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
- The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
- The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
- The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year each, for a total term of five (5) years.
