DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Electrical Power Audit of DCM. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
CONTRACT DETAILS
Three (3) months contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: April 18, 2019
Substantial Completion: May 1, 2019
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 65 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
