DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Electrical Infrared Scanning . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):

The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of five (5) years (the “Term”)
Estimated commencement date: June 2024  
Substantial Completion: March 2029
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 65 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
