A.1      Overview:
 The Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering has engaged the graphic design services of Underline Studio to design and supervise the print production of a hard cover coffee table book. The book will illustrate the Faculty’s history and achievements over past two decades. The successful Proponent will work closely with Underline Studio, and the Faculty, to ensure the published material is of the highest quality. Underline Studio will oversee press approvals, if in the GTA and be the successful Proponent’s main point of contact. 

1. To coincide with the opening of the Centre for Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CEIE), the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering has commissioned the creation of a commemorative coffee table book to celebrate the history and ongoing successes of U of T Engineering. The book will be presented to alumni, donors, faculty staff and friends of the Faculty upon the completion of the CEIE 
2. The book is expected to be published in late 2017 early 2018 and it may also appear in digital format online. 
3. Proponents are expected to submit 3 to 5 different samples of “Coffee Table Books” or similar publications by the submission deadline.

1. The University is seeking to contract up to three (3) qualified vendors to provide Commercial Print Production Services such as:
   1. Image Scanning and retouching
   2. Finishing and binding
   3. Warehousing and distribution services
