Description:
The University is seeking for a single operator or company to provide, operate and manage eight coffee kiosks across the St. George Campus in downtown Toronto. These locations are to offer a coffee shop with Grab-and-Go concept. Both food and beverages are to be served. The kiosk operation will ensure pre-packaged food and drinks are available for sale.  There is no exhaust hood system to permit cooking in these spaces. Six (6) of the kiosks are not new sites and are currently operated by Second Cup Canada. Two (2) new locations are being added in new separate buildings.
 
The University is requesting that Proponents contribute financially towards the capital acquisition, development and improvement for the existing and new locations.
 
The Successful Proponent will provide the required equipment, furniture, leasehold improvements, merchandising items and other materials necessary to operate the kiosk.  These will remain the property of the Successful Proponent.  The Successful Proponent will be responsible for maintaining, replacing and repairing these equipment as needed. Small wares and proprietary equipment will continue to be owned by the Successful Proponent or the Successful Proponent’s suppliers.
