DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Chemical Treatment. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/28779 on or before March 3, 2020 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Five (5) years contract (the “Term” with an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Estimated commencement date April 15th, 2020.
Substantial Completion: April 15th, 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 45 out of 70 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
The top 3 proponents will be short-listed. Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 70 out of 100 points for the evaluation criteria, will not proceed to the short listed for interview and will receive no further consideration.
