Description:
The Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy on behalf of the University requires a new instrument called Capillary Electrophoresis System with Capillary Isoelectric Focusing (cIEF). Its primary function will be for analysing the purity or purification of molecules. All instrument components will be installed, serviced and supported by the Successful Proponent for the term of the agreement.

Chapter 9 of the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years with five (5) optional years at one (1) intervals. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed on or around October – November 2018.

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
