DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This RFP is an invitation to Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a cloud-based Data Safe Haven to support the hosting of and access to CanPath datasets. The deliverables are:

1. Provide a functional prototype for a cloud-based platform that demonstrates expected security, privacy, reliability, policy documentation, data management, and support for clients who apply for data access to conduct health research. The prototype will be using dummy or test data.
2. Demonstrate a scalable system that contains a simulated dataset (provided by the CanPath team) to allow for flexibility in expansion of datasets, cohorts and partnerships.
3. Develop an enterprise-grade plan and materials that includes the design and workplan of the full build, budget and resource requirement which the University will submit in a grant request for full-build of the platform. The full build will be using actual and live data.
