DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Cabling and Installation Services for Wi-Fi System Upgrade for Chestnut Residence
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will be conducting a Proponents Meeting (Site Visit). Details are as follows:

Date: January 17, 2019 (Thursday)

Time: 10:30 am to 12:00 pm

Location: University of Toronto, 89 Chestnut St. Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1R1. Proponents are to meet the University representative at the lobby of the Residence.
Proponents are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to inspect the site and gain better understanding of the requirements. A maximum of three (3) representatives are allowed to attend the site visit.

Proponents should RVSP the University contract on January 15, 2019.
