DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Booster Pumps Replacement -30 Charles St West . The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Four (4) months contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: November 16, 2020  
Substantial Completion: March 15, 2020
Note: Due to Covid-19 crisis, the start date of project is flexible and will be reschedule in due course.
 
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 52 out of 80 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
