DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Biometric Attendance Solutions (construction). The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (5) year (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: April 2024
Estimated Completion: April 2029
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 36 out of 60 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
