DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Autonomous Auto Scrubbers. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Tow (2) years contract (the “Term”).
Estimated commencement date: January 31, 2020   
Substantial Completion: January 31, 2023
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 35 out of 50 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
