DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Asset Management Strategy – phase 2 (construction). The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
Term (1) year (the “Term”)
Estimated Commencement date: November 1, 2023
Estimated Completion: November 1, 2024

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 39 out of 65 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
