DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Accessibility Lift Replacement at St George Campus.. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/40443  on or before April 16, 2021 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
 
CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
The procurement is subject to the following conditions for participation.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9
 
CONTRACT DETAILS
Two (2) months contract (the “Term”) including:
Estimated Commencement date:  May, 2021  
Estimated  completion date June , 2021
With an option in favour of the University to extend the agreement for maintenance on the same terms and conditions for five (5) additional terms of a one (1) year term.
Note: Due to Covid-19 crisis, the start date of project is flexible and will be reschedule in due course.
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 15 out of 25 points for the technical evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
