Description

The University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) is seeking proposals for the purchase of a cell imaging multi-mode reader system. This system will combine digital microscopy with multi-mode detection and will be used for color, fluorescence, brightfield, and phase contrast microscopy, but should retain plate reading capabilities and perform many cell-based assays for the analysis of protein-protein interactions, DNA/RNA analysis and ELISA. The proposed instrument must prove to have the technical requirements to perform these assays.
