DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT:
This Request for Tender issued by the Facilities Management and Planning Department at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto is an Open call to submit Tenders for the provision of Construction Services, supply and installation for the RA112 Gym C Floor Replacement Project.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
The objective of this RFT issued by the Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto is an Open call to submit Tenders for the provision of Construction Services, supply and installation for the RA112 Gym C Floor Replacement Project.

Pass / Fail Evaluation Criteria:
(a) Completed Schedule B Tender Submission Form                                   pass / fail
(b) Completed Schedule C Conflict of Interest Declaration                           pass / fail
(c) Completed Schedule D Price Schedule                                                   pass / fail
(d) Attendance of Mandatory Site Tour                                                          pass / fail
(e) Manufacturer Certified Letter of Ability to Install  Sport Floor System      pass / fail

Each Tenderer must include a letter from a sport flooring manufacturer listed in Appendix # 1 UTM200085 Drawings and Specifications stating that the Tenderer is a manufacturer approved or authorized sport flooring contractor, supplier and installer
