DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT:
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit responses from vendors to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Master Servicing Plan (MSP) Storm Water & Wastewater Upgrades project at University of Toronto Mississauga (UTM) Campus.
UTM is in need of a campus wide infrastructure improvement for site services to include Storm, Water and Wastewater, to replace end of life relevant infrastructure and, at the same time, to meet the short, medium and long-term development goals of the UTM Campus Master Plan.
