DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by Facilities Management and Planning, at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto for a Proponent to perform the Maintenance Services for Steam and Hydronic Heating Boilers for the University of Toronto, Mississauga, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
Estimated Commencement date: November 1, 2024
The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions.
Proponents Meeting
The on-site Proponents Meeting will be held on Sep 5, 2024, 11:00am local time.
Location: Central Utilities Plant (CUP) main entrance, U of T Mississauga Campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga, Ontario L5L 1C6.
Note: On Campus location is 1630 Outer Circle.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of September 17, 2024 2:00 PM EST. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
