Description:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the University of Toronto Mississauga, Institute for Management & Innovation Department on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (the “University”) to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the purpose of obtaining the services of an International Education Consultant as further described in Part 2 – The Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
Timing of Subsequent Notices:
It is anticipated that this will be a recurring contract and may be retendered upon expiration of any resulting contract. The term of the Agreement may be found in the tender document.

Time-Frame for Delivery/Duration of Agreement:
The Successful Proponent will be requested to enter into negotiations for an agreement with the University for the provision of the Deliverables in the form attached as Appendix A to the RFP. It is the University’s intention to enter into the Form of Agreement based Appendix A with only one (1) legal entity. The University intends to award a Service Contract for an International Education Consultant. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year with an option in favour of the University to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year terms for a potential total term of three (3) years). It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around January 2018.

Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.
