DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Office of the Vice Principal Research and Innovation (PVPRI) at the University of Toronto Mississauga on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto for Proponent to provide one (1) flow cytometer for the New Sciences Building Core Facility.
                                                                                             
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.
