DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Facilities Management and Planning Department at the University of Toronto Mississauga, on behalf of The Governing Council of the University of Toronto, for the supply of sustainable caretaking chemicals and hand soap with supply, installation and service of automated dispensing systems for the University of Toronto Mississauga campus, 3359 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.
Estimated Commencement date: May 1, 2025
The term of the agreement will be for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year optional extensions.

Each Proponent is required to submit its Proposal on Bonfire at the following link:

The Proponent's submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of March 10, 2025, 2:00 PM EDT. It is strongly recommend that Proponents give themselves sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize their submission.
The submissions will not be opened publicly.
Negotiation:
At the end of the evaluation process, the University of Toronto may identify one or more suppliers with whom it wishes to enter into negotiations, by written notification.

Electronic Auction:
The process does not involve an electronic auction.
