DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University invites qualified financial institutions to submit proposals for providing a Student Line of Credit to qualifying students attending the University in Eligible programs. The scope of this RFP is limited to providing a Student Line of Credit to students in second-entry undergraduate programs and professional programs as a primary or supplementary source of financial support for their studies. These students will be Ontario residents and/or students from other Canadian provinces and territories. The University is looking to the Successful Proponent to offer students in Eligible Programs access to borrowing and repayment services that cover financial need not fully met by the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) or other provincial/territorial government-funded student aid programs.

The primary relationship will be between the student and the Successful Proponent. There will be no contract to be finalized between the Successful Proponent and the University.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/89157 on or before Friday, April 4, 2025 (2:00:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.
