DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Proposal is issued by the Chemical and Physical Sciences Department at the University of Toronto Mississauga, on behalf of the Governing Council of the University of Toronto, for the purchase and upgrade of one (1) unit 500 Mhz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer Console.
The RFP process is anticipated to involve negotiation.
