DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Recycling Services. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/88019  on or before February 5, 2025, at 2:00:00 p.m. local time. The submissions will not be opened publicly.

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 52 out of 80 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration
