DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Power System Studies and Electrical Modelling. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 48.75 out of 75 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration
