DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University Family Housing (UFH) requires a Successful Proponent (contractor) to provide non-emergency (regular) and emergency plumbing services to its Charles Street Student Family Housing Residences, adjoining commercial/retail space common areas, laundry rooms, daycare center, and underground parking garages at 30 and 35 Charles Street West in Toronto, Ontario. Non-emergency services refer to regular work performed to ensure continued plumbing operation and maintenance of the buildings. Emergency services refer to unplanned and mostly critical and urgent work that needs to be resolved in the soonest time possible to avoid or minimize further disruptions.

The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.
