DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University of Toronto is looking to purchase a modular automated Mobile Manipulator. The target tool should facilitate robust transfer of samples and small-scale equipment between physically separated synthesis and characterization modules. The mobile robot will be used to carry reaction samples, chemicals, vials and small (<4 kg) pieces of equipment around a laboratory environment. The mobile robot will also use computer vision to interact autonomously with the environment around it.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

Submissions must be submitted electronically at https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/ on or before Tuesday, January 07, 2025 (2:00 PM local time). The submissions will not be opened publicly.

CONTRACT DETAILS
See Form of Agreement, 2.1 Term - The term of Agreement is intended to be for a period of five (5) years including the first year of warranty period and following optional four (4) years of extended warranty.
