DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
This Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) is being issued by the University of Toronto Mississauga, Facilities Management and Planning Department, to establish a list of qualified General Contractors - Construction in the following categories: Category A) GC - $0 to $5M, Category B) GC $5M to $10M Category C) GC Laboratory $0 to $10M.
Please see Schedule 1 of the Draft Agreement for a brief description of the categories.
*PLEASE NOTE*- The current General Contractor Services qualified supplier list (QSL) that was established through RFSQ UTM200095 expires on July 25, 2025. This RFSQ UTM200210 will be establishing a new General Contractor Services qualified supplier list that will replace the current list.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of March 27, 2025 2:00 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly.
