DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Flow Cytometer. The Structural Genomics Department requires a flow cytometer, capable of acquiring cells in 96 well plates in a high throughput manner. The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

CONTRACT DETAILS
A term of one year. The Initial Term may be renewed, in the University’s sole discretion, for up to three additional one-year terms.
