DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Cycle Ergometer.
The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation. An electronic auction is not anticipated.

The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:

Instrument Proposal                                                         40 Points
Delivery, Installation, and Training                          10 Points
Warranty and Maintenance                                     15 Points
Financial Submission                                                        25 Points
Total                                                                                  100 Points
