DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT
The University is conducting an RFP for Architectural Services for Multiple Building Washroom Upgrades Phase 3 The procurement is anticipated to involve negotiation.  An electronic auction is not anticipated.

APPLICABLE TRADE AGREEMENTS
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreement(s):
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement, Chapter Five
The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, Chapter 19
The Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement, Chapter 9

CONTRACT DETAILS
The contract term for the proposed provision of services is for 1 year.
Estimated Commencement date: November 2024  
Estimated Substantial Completion: December 2025
PREQUALIFICATION
Proponents who do not achieve a minimum score of 45.5 out of 70 points for the evaluation criteria will not proceed to the Financial Submission Requirements evaluation and will receive no further consideration.
